From raw materials to standard processing protocols, material usage and inventory, packaging, and transport, JNCL OCEAN VENTURES, INC. ensures that our Blue Swimming Crabs are immediately processed, canned, and pasteurized in our modern facility, then placed straight into cold storage, locking in the freshness that the ocean has to offer.
